# Email System Guide

The bot includes a functioning mailing system, allowing users to send messages to other users within the server. This feature enhances interaction and collaboration among users, enabling them to communicate and share resources effectively.

***

## How to create an email address

Using /email register you can create an email. The bot offers different email providers. When registering you will have to provide some information. Make sure to **not** add the email-providers suffix ("@provider.com") in the email name field.

After successfully creating your email address, note down the login information in the final confirmation message. You can log into your email address by using /email login.

## Sending emails to other users

With /email send you can send messages with titles to other emails. It is very simple. Before transfering the email, the bot will show you a preview of your email's content. You can decide if you want to send it or cancel the tranfer.

## Viewing your email address' inbox

You can check your recieved emails with /email list inbox. The same works for your sent emails -> /email list sent. Copy your desired email's ID and view its content with /email view [\<email-id>](#user-content-fn-1)[^1].

[^1]: Your desired email's ID.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://reverse-inc.gitbook.io/reverse-economy/guides/email-system-guide.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
